Well, it's been three friggin' weeks since my last post, so I figured I'd better do something fun!
Here is a video I made of some awesome goodies that Faber-Castell Design Memory Craft sent me to give away.

Also, just so you know, I changed the deadline for this until October 5, and will announce the winner on Monday, the 8th!!

Be sure to check the Design Memory Craft blog today and tomorrow for some video tutorials from me!

Here's the video that's up today!

Happy Friday!

I loved putting that Halloween Pinboard together so much that I immediately felt inspired to make something super crafty! And what better than something that would let me use up lots of scraps and some great little materials that were literally just lying around. Love that.

So I wrapped a polystyrene wreathe in some jute and made about a thousand little paper rosettes. I stuck those babies down, added some paper leaves and corkscrew floral wire, and then topped it all off with a canvas banner.

And I love it. So I'm making another one for myself, and this one's going on ETSY! Hurry hurry, if you want it!
Happy Friday!!

Well, not yet. But soon, and that means it's time to plan, right?
I have to say, I am a true-lover of holidays. I love all the decorating, the food, the gatherings, the everything!! I so look forward to having lots of kids around and being the cool mom who makes a birthday party into a partaaaay!!! I love adding those special details to make things extra special!
That said, I have such a small stockpile of holiday goodies built up that I generally focus all my decorating into one or two areas of the house. That used to be the mantle and a corner of the kitchen counter. And now the mantle is gone, so.......hmmmm........
So I am in planning mode BIG TIME!! And where do I go for inspiration? Oh, I dunno....where oh where could I go?
Thank you, Pinterest. Thank you.
